My career path began 22 years ago as an elementary school teacher. Here my primary focus is health and physical education. Yoga has been a strong part of my life for the last 13 years. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a strong interest in nutrition, health and natural medicine. When family members and close friends became ill, my path soon led me to several modalities of alternative medicine. At this time I discovered Reiki. I have been practicing Reiki since 2007. It wasn’t long after that I expanded my practice to include Shamballa Multidimensional Energy, PSYCH-K®, Shadow Energetics and Holoenergetics®. I have recently started working with Vogel crystals, and Light of Eternal One Energy. I am continuously amazed at the results and power of healing with energy. I truly believe that we each play a strong role in our own ability to heal ourselves. All of these modalities have helped me in many aspects and have become a strong part of my daily life.
