PSYCH-K®

What is PSYCH-K ®?

PSYCH-K® is a simple, noninvasive way of changing any sabotaging subconscious beliefs you hold and replacing them with positive beliefs consistent with your intentions. PSYCH-K® directly facilitates communication between the conscious and subconscious mind.

Origins of PSYCH-K®

PSYCH-K® originated in 1988 by Robert M. Williams, M.A. He is the author of the book, PSYCH-K The Missing Peace In Your Life! Rob is also co-host of the popular DVD/Video, The Biology of Perception… The Psychology of Change, with colleague Dr. Bruce Lipton. He is an internationally recognized speaker, workshop leader, and talk show guest. PSYCH-K® is a reflection of his personal commitment to help individuals recognize their divinity, discover their greatness, and become the peace they seek.

Don’t let self-limiting subconscious beliefs control your life!

Your beliefs have a significant impact on your life. Subconscious beliefs create limits of what you can achieve. “Your beliefs are the building blocks of your personality. They may define you as worthy or worthless, powerful or powerless, competent or incompetent, trusting or suspicious, belonging or outcast, self-reliant or dependant, flexible or judgmental, fairly treated or victimized, loved or hated.” –Rob Williams, M.A., The Missing Peace In Your Life!

“To change your life, you must change the way you think. Behind everything you do is a thought. Every behavior is motivated by a belief, and every action is prompted by an attitude,”-Rick Warren, The Purpose Driven Life. Even the Bible speaks of the power of beliefs. “Be careful how you think, your life is shaped by your thoughts” Proverbs 4:23 (TEV)

Your life is a reflection of your beliefs.

Beliefs affect your:

Health – “My body heals itself naturally and quickly.”

Personal Power – “ I am able to accomplish anything I choose.”

Self Esteem – “I love myself.”

Relationships - “I deserve to be loved.”

Prosperity – “I deserve to have the money I need.”

Spirituality – “The source of my contentment and joy lies inside myself.”

Grief and Loss - “ Although I grieve for what I lost, I know that a greater good will follow.”

And many other areas of your life - (athletics, weight loss, job performance, moods, stress release due to a current or past situation, and so on.)

What is a PSYCH-K® Balance?

There are many types of PSYCH-K® Balances.  The purpose of each balance is to allow your unconscious mind to agree and support the conscious beliefs that you choose. This way your conscious and subconscious minds are working towards the same goal.

How it works...

By using muscle testing, PSYCH-K® identifies beliefs that are not supporting you. PSYCH-K® Balances are then used to reprogram your subconscious mind with beliefs that support your conscious intentions. In doing so, you are put into a “whole brain” state in order for deep changes to occur. Basically, a whole brain state is created by increasing the “cross-talk” between your left and right hemispheres of the brain. A great deal of research conducted for decades in split-brain research or “brain dominance theory” found that usually these hemispheres focus/specialize on different functions, process different information and deal with different kinds of problems. A whole brain state dramatically reduces the resistance to changing outdated subconscious programs. As a result, your new belief is supported by both hemispheres to maximize your full response potential to life’s challenges.

It is important to remember that balancing creates potential; you create results through your actions. For example, if you balance to become an Olympic athlete, you must still do the necessary training and physical conditioning to realize your goal. The balance will transform any subconscious resistance to achieving the goal so that the effort you put forward in training will produce maximum results.

How Long Does It Take For A Balance To Work?

The results may be felt instantaneously or evolve over time (hours, days, weeks or longer). For example, if your goal is to find a new job, then releasing the fear of changing jobs or of being unemployed may be felt at the time of the balance. However, acquiring a new job may take additional time and action, for example researching new career opportunities, or interviewing.

How Long Does A Balance Last?

Balances last until they are no longer useful to the subconscious mind or until you decide to create a new belief to balance for. Life is an evolutionary process, so what you balance for at one point in your life may be inappropriate at another time.

How long does a PSYCH-K® session take?

Sessions vary from 60 minutes to 1hr and 3O minutes. depending on the types of balances completed.

Fee: $80/hour. Most sessions are 90 mins ($120.00)

This video by Cell Biologist, Bruce Lipton, can help you further understand the connection between our cells and our belief systems. Bruce explains that genes and DNA do not control our biology. Instead, DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, which includes the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts.
